Chatshelf vs Sortbase (formerly Easy Folders)
Updated
Easy Folders is now called Sortbase; its old Chrome Web Store page carries the new name. Sortbase works on ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Grok, needs an account, and keeps saved chats on its own servers. Chatshelf is new, needs no account and keeps everything in your browser.
Facts about Sortbase were read on 4 October 2026 from its Chrome Web Store listing, its home page and its privacy policy (updated 14 September 2026). Chatshelf is our own tool, so read the table with that in mind, and check the vendor pages before you buy.
